Funded Observership at North American Institution

Derek Harwood-Nash International Fellowship Program: Improving radiology education around the world.

 

The Derek Harwood-Nash International Fellowship Program supports international radiology scholars to study at a North American teaching institution for 6-12 weeks to observe procedures and participate in activities related to their area(s) of special interest. Selected candidates receive up to $10,000 in support for travel expenses, modest living expenses and educational materials.

 

Eligible candidates must have completed their formal radiology training and have held a faculty position for three to ten years in an academic institution. Through the application process, candidates must demonstrate that their specific educational goals can be met most appropriately by a course of study in a North American institution and specify how the knowledge and experience gained from this fellowship will benefit and improve the practice of radiology in both their home institution and their radiological community.
